a. Wooden frame: we use the high dried solid wood for exportation, any wood with humidity higher than 16 degree.
b. Foam: we all use high density foam (D40-45 for cushions and D30 for back and armrest), we never use recycle foam for any part of sofa even the cost can be lower.
c. Fabric: all fabric selected pass the relative test like rub test, color fastness test., tremendous options including cotton, linen and synthetic material.
d. Others: we use no-sag sinuous spring + bandage.

10 year for sofa wooden frame, 2 year for the fabric/leather.
